Smeltz to score first or your moneyback

It’s nice to be back after a short spell and it’s a decent week to return.

Poor old Mariners, out in straight sets after being top most of the season, could lose their coach and out of the Asian Champions League… you have to feel for them.

Anyhow, let’s be positive and talk Grand Final. A huge effort by Perth to land themselves in the A-League Grand Final for the first time on the back of some great results at home and a little bit of luck at Gosford.

Then there’s Brisbane, what a Grand Final week it’s been… they’re now basically out of the Asian Champions League and rumours are rife that Ange is Melbourne Victory bound! Not the ideal preparation despite having last weekend off. So who will hold the toilet seat aloft?

Brisbane opened the season short favourites $2.50 and went on an incredible run until a few speed bumps saw them get out to around $5. As for Perth no one took any notice until the final few weeks, sitting around the $15 for the best part of the season.

In match betting (inside 90 minutes and stoppage time) Brisbane Roar is $1.68 and Perth Glory $5. If you think this one will head to extra time like last year, $3.65 may seduce you! To be the outright winners, Brisbane $1.30 and Perth $3.50. CLICK FOR LIVE ODDS
