Aaron Mooy put in a Man of the Match display for Huddersfield, Trent Sainsbury debuted for PSV Eindhoven and Aziz Behich, Mark Birighitti and Ryan Edwards all made moves.

Firstly, Socceroo Tom Rogic played his part as Celtic knocked off rivals Rangers 1-0 in the Scottish Premiership on Sunday.

Rogic, who returned to the starting XI, won a tussle in midfield, leading to a Celtic breakaway which led to Olivier Ntcham’s winner.

The Socceroo was replaced after 77 minutes, who only earned a 5/10 rating from the Daily Star.

The Daily Star wrote: “Not the best performance from the Australian, who made way for Ryan Christie with around 13 minutes still to play.”

Ajdin Hrustic put in a full shift while Denis Genreau started but was replaced at the break as PEC Zwolle won 1-0 at Groningen in the Dutch Eredivisie on Sunday.

Football-Oranje reported: “The away side were also lucky not to be down to ten with Denis Genreau spared a second yellow card.

“At the break, Genreau was substituted for PEC Zwolle new boy Gianluca Scamacca and it helped John van ‘t Schip’s side gain some control.”

New signing Dean Bouzanis was an unused sub for Zwolle.

Trent Sainsbury made his PSV Eindhoven debut as a 57th minute substitute on Saturday As they recorded a 6-1 win over Willem II.

Sainsbury was also joined at PSV by Socceroos teammate Aziz Behich who completed his move from Bursaspor on Friday.

North of the border, Ryan Edwards sealed a loan move from Hearts to St Mirren for the remainder of the season after being starved of opportunities.
