Adam Taggart scored his eighth goal of the season as Suwon Bluewings knocked off Aleksandar Jovanovic’s Jeju United 2-0 in the Korean K-League on Sunday.

Taggart opened the scoring in the ninth minute, moving him into second top scorer in the K-League this season.

The Socceroos started the move with a pass before a failed clearance from a low cross allowed him to swoop inside the box.

The Australian was replaced after 59 minutes in the win which moves Suwon up to seventh.

Jovanovic put in a full shift for Jeju.

Bernie Ibini was a 93rd minute substitute for Jeonbuk Motors in their 3-1 win over Seongnam.

In the Japanese J.League on Sunday, Mitch Langerak was beaten twice as Nagoya Grampus’ slump continued with a 2-0 home loss to Shonan Bellmare.

Langerak wasn't at fault for either goal, firstly from a cutback inside the box and secondly from an errant pass in defence.

Elsewhere, Andrew Nabbout wasn’t in the Urawa Reds squad which triumphed 1-0 over Vegalta Sendai.

In the J2.League, Jason Geria played a full game in JEF United’s 1-1 draw at Tokushima Vortis.

Finally in the USA’s MLS, Brad Smith put in a full shift at left-back as the Seattle Sounders claimed a 2-1 win at Columbus Crew.

In transfer news, Alex Gersbach has joined Danish club AGF alongside Mustafa Amini, while Brent McGrath has signed with Danish second tier outfit Kolding.
