Champions League quarter-finalists Tottenham Hotspur will visit South Africa during July for three fixtures against local crowd-pullers Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates.

Officials said the London club, beaten 5-0 on aggregate last week by Real Madrid, will face Chiefs on July 16, Pirates three days later, and the winners of a play-off between the Soweto rivals in a July 23 tour finale.

Tottenham proved popular when they toured South Africa four years ago.

Their European exploits plus the presence of Professional Footballers' Association Player of the Year Gareth Bale should ensure sell-out crowds.
