In Italy’s Serie B, Socceroo midfielder Carl Valeri completed 81 minutes in his return to the Sassuolo starting lineup. The promotion hopefuls sit only two points behind league leaders Torino after securing a late 2-1 win at home to Juve Stabia.
In Italy's Serie B, Carl Valeri put in a full shift in midfield as Sassuolo defeated Nocerino 3-1 on Saturday.
Carl ended the season well with Sassuolo. The Serie B sied managed to finished 16 avoiding relegation by a whisker. Valeri was among the teams most consistent players and made 37 appearances throughout the campaign.
