Mary Fowler had the super-sub impact with a goal for Montpellier in a 1-1 draw with Dijon in the French Feminine Division 1 on Saturday.

Fowler was introduced at half-time with her side trailing 1-0 but she scored the equalizer with a 66th minute strike.

The goal is Fowler's third this season for Montpellier who are fourth after a poor run of results.

Ellie Carpenter's second-placed Olympique Lyon won again, triumphing 2-0 away to Soyaux with the Matilda playing a full game.

Laura Brock (nee Alleway) put in a full shift as Guingamp drew 0-0 at Paris FC.

Hayley Raso came off the bench and almost scored as Everton won 3-2 away to Alanna Kennedy's Tottenham on Sunday.

Raso was a 70th minute substitute and got a chance to score when she raced clear of the defence but her shot was saved by the Spurs keeper. Kennedy put in a full shift.

Lydia Williams was back in goal for Arsenal and kept a clean sheet in a 4-0 win away to Aston Villa in the English Women's Super League on Sunday.

Williams was rarely tested as the Gunners piled on four second-half goals. Caitlin Foord was a 71st minute sub for Arsenal while Steph Catley was out injured.

Sam Kerr's Chelsea weren’t in action over the weekend but will play Atletico Madrid in the UEFA Champions League in midweek.

Alexandra Huynh played a full game as struggling Napoli lost 1-0 to Sassuolo in the Italian Serie A Women on Saturday.

Beattie Goad started and played 72 minutes as SV Meppen lost on penalties to Werder Bremen after a 2-2 draw in the German DFB Pokal Women.
