22 August 2011 Sarota unlucky, as ref makes terrible blunder -
In Holland's Eredivisie on Saturday, Adam Sarota conceded a controversial penalty, Sarota was handed his first start of the season on Saturday, deployed on the left side of midfield, with Utrecht boss Erwin Koeman re-shuffling his pack after Zullo was ruled out with a hamstring injury.
However it was an unhappy start for Sarota who crudely fouled Alexander Buttner on six minutes for a penalty, although the contact was clearly outside the box. Bonno Wilfried, though, made no mistake from the spot.
After the game, Sarota tweeted: “Just saw the replay and saw what i already knew. that it was no penalty!!!! I've never seen a ref make so many bad mistakes. not normal!!”
