In England's Premier League, Tim Cahill had to be replaced just past the hour mark after suffering a shin injury in Everton's 2-0 loss at Manchester City on Saturday.

The Aussie was booked for the challenge but appeared to be stood on in the contest and was forced off, much to Everton boss David Moyes' annoyance who believed Kompany was to blame.
On Cahill's injury, Moyes told BBC Sport: "I don't think it's too bad, it just looks like bruising but people who've been in the game will tell you they're the ones where it doesn't take much to crack your shin when that happens.”
